At Descartes, I am responsible for updating and maintaining the style guide and design framework to for a common look and feel across the application suite.

I lead each element of the design process, including research plans, execution and analysis, storyboarding and wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes and support during implementation.

I encourage participation and promote design-thinking within the company using a variety of collaboration methods.

I have lead card sorting sessions, run design sprints, and lead user research.
